How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and checkout securely with Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Email [email protected] with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay through Stripe. All transactions are in USD.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Hong Kong. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and rates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Products
Are your products natural?
Yes. All TangoEra products use natural aromatic ingredients — benzoin, sandalwood, agarwood, osmanthus, ginseng, and other botanical materials.
How should I care for my beads?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with water and harsh chemicals. The natural aroma will gradually fade over time — this is normal for botanical ingredients.
Are the products exactly as pictured?
As handcrafted items, slight variations in color and texture are natural. Product images represent the item accurately, but each piece has its own unique character.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
