Shipping times

• U.S.: 3–7 business days. Free shipping on orders over $150.
• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing).

Tracking

When your package is scanned by the carrier, tracking will update automatically. If tracking hasn’t updated after 72 hours, contact [email protected] and we’ll help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn and in original condition. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.

Materials

TangoEra luxury aromatherapy jewelry is crafted with natural materials chosen for character, longevity, and scent compatibility. Material offerings may vary by drop and include:

• Other natural woods, stones, and ritual-grade components

Because materials are natural, each piece has subtle variations in tone and grain—part of its signature.

Care instructions

• Avoid soaking, swimming, and prolonged exposure to moisture.
• Keep away from harsh chemicals (cleaners, lotions, perfumes applied directly to the piece).
• Store in a dry place when not in use.
• To refresh aroma, apply a small amount of your preferred essential oil to the designated aromatic element, then allow it to absorb before wearing.

Sizing

For best fit, measure your wrist/neck with a soft tape (or string, then measure) and compare to the product sizing notes on the item page. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger for a relaxed drape.
