We want you to love your TangoEra piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with returns, refunds, or exchanges in line with the policy below.

1) 30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

4) Return shipping

Unless the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5) Refund timeline (5–10 business days)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

6) Exchanges

We offer exchanges when available. To request an exchange, contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Exchange processing depends on inventory availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we can help you choose an alternative or process a refund (subject to eligibility).

7) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
