TangoEra provides personalized digital reports delivered by email as PDF files. Because each report is custom-created from your birth data and situation inputs, our guarantee is built around one free redo rather than returns.
To start a redo or a refund claim, email [email protected] with your order number. Trace checks are answered within 48 hours.
If you are not satisfied with your delivered report, email [email protected] with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will redo your report once, free of charge. The revised PDF will be sent to your submitted email address after the revision is complete.
This is an Accuracy Guarantee, not a satisfaction refund. If any conclusion in your report cannot be directly traced to your inputs (such as your questionnaire answers or optional birth data) or to the methods detailed on our methodology page, you're entitled to a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
Here's how it works: reply to your delivery email, highlighting the specific conclusion in question. Within 48 hours, we will either provide the exact input and rule that generated it, or we will process your full refund automatically — no arguments needed.
General dissatisfaction, such as "I don't like my style label," is addressed by our one-time free redo service (see above), which allows us to regenerate your report with your corrections. This accuracy refund, however, is specifically for instances where we cannot substantiate a claim at all.
As with any delivered digital report, the file itself cannot be "returned" — the accuracy refund is a quality commitment, not a change-of-mind policy.
