Shipping Policy

We ship TangoEra orders with care, tracking, and insurance where available. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We do not control and cannot predict these fees.

4) Insurance

Shipments may be insured where available. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact the carrier first and then email us at [email protected] so we can assist with next steps.

5) Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (when available). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking events to appear after the label is created.

6) Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
