1) About TangoEra

TangoEra provides personalized digital decision reports, delivered by email as PDF files. The Services are operated by RhinoNexus Tech Limited ("we," "us," "our").

2) Eligibility and use of the site

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.
• You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• You agree not to attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Services (including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for activities under your account.

3) Orders, pricing, and availability

• Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Report and service prices vary by offering.
• We may change prices, product offerings, and availability at any time.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders at our discretion (including due to suspected fraud or errors).
• If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

EU consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal: digital content exception. Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where you have given your express prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Accordingly:

• At checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of your digital report and acknowledge that, once delivery/download begins, your 14-day right of withdrawal is lost.
• If your report has not yet been delivered (e.g., due to a processing delay), you may still withdraw within 14 days of purchase: email [email protected] and we will issue a full refund.

欧盟消费者 — 14 天撤回权：数字内容豁免。依据欧盟《消费者权利指令》2011/83/EU 第 16(m) 条，经消费者事先明确同意立即交付、并确认知悉因此丧失撤回权的数字内容，不适用 14 天撤回权。因此：

• 结算时，您明确同意立即交付您的数字报告，并知悉：自交付/下载开始之时起，您的 14 天撤回权即告丧失。
• 若报告尚未交付（如处理延迟），您仍可在购买后 14 天内撤回：发送邮件至 [email protected]，我们将全额退款。

4) Intellectual property

All content on the Services—including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, designs, audio/video, and software—is owned by or licensed to TangoEra/RhinoNexus Tech Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may view and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written permission, except where allowed by law.

5) User content

If you submit content (such as reviews, comments, or messages), you represent that you have the rights to do so and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate laws. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law.

6) Disclaimers

The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Digital reports are provided for self-reflection and decision support. They do not predict the future and are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you have specific concerns, consult a qualified professional.

7) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RhinoNexus Tech Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; (c) any products purchased through the Services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or products will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

8) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RhinoNexus Tech Limited from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

The Services may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required to protect the Services, our customers, or others.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.
