A scoped institutional engagement for funds, family offices and multi-team organisations that need the decision architecture of a mandate or a leadership group to be written down, rule-based and auditable — not inferred from a personality survey.
Scope, deliverables, timeline and fee are defined in a written engagement letter before anything is payable. The figure above is the entry point of this tier. A mutual NDA is available before any specifics are exchanged.
Institutional buyers do not get to evaluate a black box. Everything that determines an output is published first:

| Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Application | The intake below, plus (optionally) a request for a mutual NDA before any specifics are exchanged. |
| 2. Diligence pack | On request we send a written pack: the method specification, the boundary and limitations section, the audit standard, and the operational and data-handling terms. |
| 3. Fit review | We confirm whether the mandate is a fit for the method. We say no when it is not. |
| 4. Scoping | Scope is fixed with your team: which decision structures, which deliverables, which timeline, which fee. |
| 5. Engagement letter | All of the above is written and signed before payment. No payment is collected on this page or at application. |
| 6. Delivery and audit | Delivery against the letter, with the 48-hour rule re-derivation covenant attached to every conclusion. |
Is $49,800 the final fee?
It is the entry point of this tier. The final fee is a function of scope, and scope is agreed in writing before payment. A smaller mandate is a smaller fee, and we will say so rather than inflate a scope to reach this figure.
What exactly is delivered?
It is specified in your engagement letter, and we deliberately do not describe deliverables here that have not been scoped with you. What is fixed and public in advance is the method, the boundary conditions and the 48-hour audit covenant.
Why is the method document public if this tier is expensive?
Because the expensive part is not the secret — it is the application, the scoping, the written record and the audit obligation. Publishing the method is what lets you diligence us instead of trusting us.
Will you sign a mutual NDA and a DPA?
Yes to a mutual NDA. Data-processing terms are set out in the engagement letter; tell us your requirements in the application and we will confirm before scoping.
Do you have institutional references?
No, and we will not fabricate them. We are a new practice. The material you can actually verify is the method specification and the methodology and limitations disclosure.
Is there a lower-commitment way to evaluate the method?
Yes. The free 90-second check needs no email, and the sample report shows the structure of a paid deliverable. For a smaller organisational scope, the Advisory & Due Diligence engagement (from $4,800) is the correct entry point.
TangoEra is a self-reflection and decision-support practice, not a diagnosis or a prediction. Institutional work describes baseline decision architecture and does not forecast future events, market behaviour or investment outcomes. Nothing on this page is financial, legal, medical, tax or investment advice.
Two fields are required. Nothing is payable here, and this form does not create a contract or an advisory relationship.
Application received. We review applications in batches and will reply to the address you gave — including the diligence pack or the mutual NDA if you asked for one. Nothing has been charged.
