Return Window
You may return any product within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
